We provide a referral service that connects you with Villiers Jets, a third-party air charter operator. All flight bookings are made directly through Villiers Jets, subject to their terms and conditions.

2.3 No Direct Contract

When you book a flight through our Site, your contract for air transportation is with Villiers Jets and/or the operating air carrier, not with The Jet Standard.

3. Use of Website

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use this Site.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

4.1 Quote Accuracy

Quotes provided through our Site are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing is determined by Villiers Jets and may vary based on:

• Last-minute changes to itinerary
• Seasonal demand

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Villiers Jets. We do not guarantee aircraft availability or pricing until confirmation is received.

4.3 Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are set by Villiers Jets and the operating carrier. Review their terms carefully before booking. We are not responsible for cancellation fees or policy changes.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Price Variability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Empty leg deals and promotional pricing are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Villiers Jets or their designated payment processor. We do not handle or store your payment information.

5.3 Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:

• Federal excise taxes
• Segment fees
• International fees
• De-icing fees
• Pet fees
• Catering requests
• Ground transportation

6. Affiliate Disclosure

The Jet Standard participates in the Villiers Jets affiliate program. We earn commissions on bookings made through our Site. This does not affect your pricing—all commissions are paid by Villiers Jets, not by you.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by The Jet Standard or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Limited License
